Ho, ho, ho!
It's off to Montana for Christmas for Cameron, Maia and Ella, so we had Christmas at Gramma and Grandpa's house a week early.
Gingerbread houses
Maia's class made special gingerbread houses to celebrate the holiday, and she was very eager to show hers off!
Christmas program
Each year, the second grade class at Lewis and Clark Elementary School puts on a Christmas program, directed by their music teacher. This year Maia is in the second grade, and she was cast as a lovely white dove.
The students put on a very touching performance dealing with the consequences of judging based on appearances, and Maia and her friends had a great time.

Happy 9th birthday
Cameron celebrated his 9th birthday with a group of friends at the International Inn, where he had a pool party.
Birthday gifts
On Dec. 6, Cameron celebrated the day of his birthday with gifts from his grandparents.
Decorating the tree
Cameron, Maia and Ella had a great time decorating the Christmas tree. We have a great big box of all the ornaments we have collected over the years, and they loved pulling them out and asking about the stories that went along with them. :)

Away in a manger...
All three kids took part in their church Christmas program this year. Maia played Mary, Cameron was a shepherd, and Ella was a sheep. (And the cutest darn sheep you ever did see, not that we are biased...)
